Na albumu se nalazi veliki hit  „Open Our Eyes“ kao i funk klasici „Shining Star“ i „Iearnin’ Learnin’“ balada „Reasons“ i naravno nezaboravna naslovna numera. Čak i pesme koje nisu postale veliki hitovi poput „Happi Feelin’“ i „See the Light“ radjene pod uticajem gospela, podjednako su moćne.
